DESIGN CONCEPT

My design was based on Daria's UX project and wireframes.

Since the idea of the "MentorSpace" app is an analogy to outer space (with unlimited opportunities and mentors being like astronauts that are guiding their mentees)

I've decided to use the dark blue color scheme, as this is the color it's typically being associated with.

I really liked Daria's idea, so I came up with a look and feel that will create the whole outer space design experience for users and emphasize the idea of the app.

To design the atmosphere, I used elements that are typically associated with outer space such as stars, a spaceship, a telescope, etc. Different shades of dark blue in the background and a color palette altogether created an interesting and pleasant user experience during the mentor selection process.
